Here are some things to keep in mind while filling out the form:

- Lessons are available on Tuesdays and Fridays, and both daytime and afternoon lessons are available.

- I do not offer group lessons.

- Daytime lessons are set on a rotating timetable so students don't miss the same class from their school day each week. If you prefer daytime lessons, please select "Tuesday - Alternating daytime lesson 9 am - 2:30 pm."

- While I will try my best to accommodate your preferred time slot, I cannot guarantee that you will receive it. Not everyone can have the 3:00 pm time slot.

- Please try to be flexible with your available times as much as possible. A daytime lesson is an excellent option if your afternoons are hectic!
